You could probably improve your careers page. Most of target customers careers pages I visit have these common problems:👎 Too many clicks to find the open vacancies.👎 No story telling.👎 Long job descriptions that would put off candidates, rather than attract them to apply. If you haven't done an audit on your careers page for a while, go through the page yourself as if you were a target candidate and see what the experience is like.Key fundamentals for a great careers page are:✅ Mobile responsiveness and intuitive navigation.✅ ATS integration to ensure you can analyse data and nurture talent.✅ 90/10 balance of content in favour of why you should apply vs what you must have to apply.✅ Story telling. Proof of the above "why you should apply".Happy to offer free careers page audits, I can give a balanced opinion if anyone wants 3rd party feedback.

Using recruiters to find high performers can be part of the strategy, but ensuring you have an attraction and retention strategy outside of this is still super important.Over the years of discovering what this could look like the best companies, I think you need to focus on the following to attract and retain high performers;⬆️ They need a vision and mission that has audacious goals where they feel they have a part to play in helping achieve them and delivering real impact. ⬆️ An environment where the best idea wins. The opposite to the HiPPO (Highest Paid Persons Opinion) culture where decisions are dictated based on rank. (Thanks Daniel Tapsell for this acronym)⬆️ The fastest way for high performers to become disengaged is if they stop learning. What is the continuous learning strategy?⬆️ Clear communication. Don't be ambiguous. Have difficult conversations. Catch people doing things right.⬆️ A career pathway that can be defined. A high performer always wants to know what they need to do to progress. If you are spending money with recruiters on trying to find the best people, you should also ensure the above is embedded in your attraction and retention strategy.

$9,448,963That is the amount of revenue generated from our US customers since the start of 2019.The reason I just spent the last 20 minutes working this out, is because I have a great opportunity for someone to join our London office and maximise this opportunity.Full transparency, more recent years have been difficult, we have been in re-build mode and now we are ready to scale again. This is a role for someone who wants to take their experience in other countries and apply it to the US. Or someone who wants to work the US market for a better business. This role is working with Kendall Barnett who is based out in the US, and as a team you both begin to grow teams on either side of the pond. You will get the support to grow a team around you in London and with our E2 Visa, there will be some fluidity for people if they want to relocate. If you are a "Top Biller" and want the next step, this could be it.If you are a Manager / Director and you want to own something from the ground up, this could be it.Reminder, no US experience is required. Hit me up...
